Your new role
As a Client Services Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in supporting the firm's operations. You'll assist with email and phone enquiries, manage appointments, maintain client records, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functions. This full-time position offers exposure to a dynamic professional environment and close collaboration with senior staff.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong communication skills and a polished, friendly manner
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Experience in reception or administration is helpful but not essential.
- Familiarity with Xero and XPM is an advantage.
