Job Description

As a Strategic Workplace Relations Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an industrial relations strategy that aligns with the organisation's objectives.

  • Develop, implement, and review employment and IR strategies to achieve organisational goals
  • Lead enterprise bargaining negotiations in consultation with senior leadership
  • Provide advice and recommendations on complex employee relations and grievance issues

Key areas of focus include:

- Industrial relations strategy development and implementation

- Enterprise bargaining and negotiation

- Employee relations and grievance management

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • Advanced industrial/employee relations experience in a large organisation
  • Proven ability to negotiate enterprise agreements
  • Extensive experience interpreting complex legislation and case law

Additionally, you will possess:

- Strong project management and change management skills

- Ability to develop and maintain effective professional relationships

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
