
Strategic Workplace Relations Expert

As a Strategic Workplace Relations Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an industrial relations strategy that aligns with the organisation's objectives.
- Develop, implement, and review employment and IR strategies to achieve organisational goals
- Lead enterprise bargaining negotiations in consultation with senior leadership
- Provide advice and recommendations on complex employee relations and grievance issues
Key areas of focus include:
- Industrial relations strategy development and implementation
- Enterprise bargaining and negotiation
- Employee relations and grievance management
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
- Advanced industrial/employee relations experience in a large organisation
- Proven ability to negotiate enterprise agreements
- Extensive experience interpreting complex legislation and case law
Additionally, you will possess:
- Strong project management and change management skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective professional relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
