Leading Workplace Relations Expert

At a leading Ground Handler, we are dedicated to providing high-level workplace relations support and expert advice.
About the Role:
As a Workplace Relations Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team led by the Head of People to manage complex employee or industrial relations matters in a timely and effective manner.
You will work closely with the Head of People to investigate and resolve grievances, misconduct cases, and Fair Work Commission processes.
This is a newly created full-time role with an immediate start.
We're Looking for Someone with:
- Extensive experience in workplace relations and provision of expert Industrial Relations advice and support across the employee lifecycle
- Experience in case management and workplace relations including Fair Work Commission processes and grievance resolution
- Proven ability in managing change processes and programs
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and build effective relationships.
