Job Title: Transition and Transformation Manager

HP Australia is seeking a highly skilled Transition and Transformation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex transition and transformation projects, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement effective transition and transformation processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Ensure regular reporting and communication of project status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to teams and stakeholders on transition and transformation best practices.
Requirements:
  • ITIL Certification (Intermediate/Expert)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Undergraduate Degree in Business, Computer Science, IT/IS, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
