We are seeking an experienced Transformation and Change Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex business transformation projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business transformation strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver business transformation projects.
  • Ensure that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the transformation process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with business transformation projects.
  • Ensure that all business transformation projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • ITIL Certification (Intermediate/Expert)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Must have an Undergraduate Degree. (Preferred fields include Business, Computer Science, IT/IS, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent combination education or experience).
