We are seeking a professional to lead and deliver workforce strategy and organisation design projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Senior Consultant Level:
    • Delivering client projects: Collaborate with colleagues and clients to define project outcomes.
    • Supporting clients to solve challenges: Analyse data to generate insights and recommendations.
    • Contributing to business development: Identify opportunities for contribution to client outcomes.
  • Manager Level:
    • Managing relationships: Establish relationships to achieve project outcomes.
    • Leading project teams: Coach and build capability in organisation design.
    • Owning solution design: Lead end-to-end development of solutions and recommendations.

Ideally, you'll have experience with workforce strategy and organisational design, strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, proactive understanding and response to client needs, demonstrated ability to ask better questions, listen actively and convey ideas effectively.
