The Workforce Reintegration Specialist is a critical role that plays a vital part in supporting women+ who have been out of the workforce for an extended period and are ready to return, or are looking for a career change. This part-time position will provide exposure, reintegration, and upskilling across all facets of workplace health, safety, and wellbeing.

This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with our team to coordinate day-to-day safety operations across Head Office, retail stores, and Customer Fulfilment Centre. You will also be responsible for assisting with coordination of workplace safety representatives (First Aid Officers, Fire Wardens) and providing administrative support for Safety Committee meetings (agendas, minutes, action tracking).

Additionally, you will help maintain training records and assist with delivery of programs (First Aid, Emergency Management, Forklift Licensing). Your contributions will be invaluable in reviewing and maintaining health and safety policies, procedures, and risk management documents.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting workplace inspections, incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action follow-ups. You will work closely with the HSW Lead to build awareness of safe work practices through inductions, coaching, and positive safety conversations.

  • Experience in health, safety, and wellbeing, ideally in a workplace or operational environment.
  • Qualification in Work Health and Safety (e.g. Certificate IV) desirable but not essential.
  • Basic knowledge of hazard identification, safe work practices, and incident reporting.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage documentation and follow through on actions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders.
