Organisational Design Specialist / Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Organisational Design Professional to join our consulting team in Melbourne.

As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering workforce strategy and organisation design projects for clients. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to address complex client challenges and deliver impactful solutions that drive value and results.

  • Deliver client projects: Collaborate with colleagues and clients to define and deliver project outcomes.
  • Support clients to solve their challenges: Analyse workforce and business data to generate insights and recommendations. Build relationships and guide clients through structured problem solving.
  • Contribute to business development: Identify and support opportunities for our company to contribute to client outcomes.

At Manager level, the successful candidate will also be responsible for managing client relationships, leading project teams, and owning solution design.

The ideal candidate will have experience with and good understanding of workforce strategy and organisational design. They will be proactive in understanding and responding to client needs, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The candidate will also be able to communicate effectively and influence senior stakeholders.
