Organisation Design Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Design Specialist to join our team in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering workforce strategy and organisation design projects for clients.

  • Leading project teams: Coach and guide other team members and build capability in organisation design.
  • Owning solution design: Develop solutions that balance client requirements with practical implementation.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in data analysis, and experience in workforce strategy and organisational design.
