We are embarking on a journey to create a seamless digital experience for our members and partners. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and growing our digital channel.

The Digital Channel Experience Manager is responsible for supporting the management and growth of our digital channel, including day-to-day activities while also supporting the Head of Digital to deliver the Digital Strategy and roadmap.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Marketing and Change Management to introduce new features and communicate with stakeholders
  • Assessing potential technology partners and delivering the Digital Channel Strategy and roadmap
  • Providing support for eCommerce program delivery and optimisation
  • Detailed understanding of digital technologies, including eCommerce and digital payments
  • Proven UX experience in website and mobile app delivery, maintenance and optimisation
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and communicate effectively

You will be working closely with our Marketing and Change Management teams to ensure a smooth transition of new features and functionalities. You will also be responsible for assessing potential technology partners and delivering the Digital Channel Strategy and roadmap.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will be working with a variety of teams across the business, so being able to effectively communicate and build relationships is essential.
