Strategic Product Leader Sought

Alinta Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive digital customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through the strategic development of digital channels.

This pivotal leadership role will shape and execute a multi-year digital growth strategy, ensuring seamless customer-first experiences that set a new benchmark for the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a multi-year digital growth strategy and roadmap, prioritizing impactful initiatives.
  • Conduct cost–benefit analyses and build business cases for digital investment.
  • Collaborate with UX, data, and subject matter experts to run customer research and usability testing.
  • Define product requirements and prototypes through build, buy, or partner pathways.
  • Manage the digital product lifecycle using agile practices.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in a similar digital product management role.
  • Experience creating, owning, and delivering strategies and roadmaps.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in delivering measurable business impact.
  • Excellent influencing, storytelling, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in experimentation and optimisation.
