**Job Title:** Digital Content Designer

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Designer to join our team. As a key member of our digital content and experience team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the overall user experience for our customers.

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work closely with our experience designers to deliver a simple and useful digital experience across multiple squads. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining digital standards, writing engaging content that sets us apart, and championing customer experience across all our digital channels and platforms.

  • Define and maintain our tone of voice (TOV) and editorial style guide
  • Produce concise, accurate, and engaging content for a range of digital platforms
  • Use analytics and customer insights to identify optimisations that improve customer experience and content quality
  • Manage complex sign off processes to ensure all content is compliant and accurate

You will be working alongside a talented team of content designers in a collaborative and fun environment. If you have experience managing content requirements and processes for major projects, working with diverse stakeholders, and delivering compelling digital content, we would love to hear from you.
