Digital Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled Digital Communications & Systems Coordinator to join our team.
This role involves managing and maintaining our digital systems and applications to support employee engagement, productivity, and experience.
Responsibilities include technical administration, first-line support, and planning and delivering communication activities.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations, providing timely helpdesk support, and creating engaging communications across our digital channels.
- Manage our Staff Portal, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and engaging.
- Draft and deliver communications that reflect our values and brand voice, reaching diverse audiences.
- Utilize digital tools and analytics to track effectiveness and improve strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Corporate Communications, and project teams to deliver consistent messaging.
- Provide technical administration and first-line support for People & Culture applications and systems.
- Support staff engagement initiatives through our digital platforms.
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree qualification in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. You should also have experience in administering and maintaining systems and applications, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and experience with tools such as WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics.
Australian working rights are required, and applicants must be willing to undergo a National Police Clearance and background checks.
You will work in a vibrant, open-plan office where our customer-focused People and Culture team collaborates to support stakeholders across the University.
