Capricorn is a member-based financial services organisation which exists to improve the lives of over 25,000 Members across Australia and New Zealand by supporting them in building stronger automotive businesses. We provide products and services including trade credit, risk protection, equipment finance, trade events, travel services, fuel cards and more. Last financial year Member purchases exceeded $2.93 billion and Member returns exceeded $72.5 million.

**The role and what we are looking for**

Capricorn Society is embarking on a journey of creating a genuine digital channel of choice for Members and Preferred Suppliers. As this journey is just beginning, this role offers the unique opportunity to play a key part in shaping and growing the Capricorn digital channel experience. The Digital Technology & Delivery Manager is responsible for supporting the management and growth of the Capricorn's Digital Channel, including day-to-day BAU activities while also supporting the Head of Digital Channel to deliver the Digital Strategy, roadmap and large strategic digital projects. Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Collaborating with Marketing and Change Management to introduce and communicate to all stakeholders regarding new features, functionality, and technology.
- Playing a key role in assessing potential technology and technology partners as well as a key role in the delivery of the Digital Channel Strategy and roadmap, including digital new Member sign up, rewards program optimisation, Mobile App creation, online communication tools, alerts & notifications and process automation
- Providing support for the Digital Service Delivery (DSD) eCommerce program delivery and optimisation
- Detailed digital technology understanding including eCommerce and digital payments
- Proven UX experience website and mobile app delivery, maintenance and optimisation
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and communicate effectively
- Attention to detail, including analysis, assessment and reviews
- Ability to take initiative and driven to deliver outcomes
- Previous experience in digital project delivery
- Tertiary Qualification in either eCommerce, Digital, Marketing or Business (desirable)
