As the Team Leader (TL) for Digital Channels, you are a self-motivated and driven individual who thrives on leading and mentoring your team. Your role is to lead and coach up to 15 bankers to provide exceptional service to our customers.

**Your main responsibilities will Include**:

- Focusing on delivery excellence for our customers
- Developing and maintaining skilled bankers across the team, including coaching and mentoring
- Identifying continuous improvement in procedures and assist with solutions
- Ensuring bankers operate within appropriate policies
- Maintaining up-to-date training records

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience in Financial Services, with experience gained in Customer Service and Call Centre or Digital Channels
- Experience in leading, coaching and developing a team
- Communication and collaboration capability
- Role model excellency, passion and drive on a day to day basis
- The passion to put our customers and colleagues at the heart of everything you do
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and be deadline and target driven
