Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Channel Marketing Leader to drive sales and enhance in-store activation through impactful campaign communications and brand plans.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating revenue-generating marketing campaigns, overseeing the creation of all marketing material and communications, and championing New Product Development to increase sales.

The ideal candidate will have a background in management from food retail or FMCG industries coupled with tertiary qualifications in a relevant management/business discipline or equivalent industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop revenue-generating marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the creation of all marketing material and communications
  • Champion New Product Development to increase sales
  • Determine and manage key performance metrics, reporting on investment return
  • Devising and implementing all Product and Channel marketing communications
  • Implement digital strategies to meet business objectives and drive business growth
  • Manage external suppliers including creative, media, and PR agencies
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • 4+ years' experience in marketing
  • A strong general knowledge of digital and usability concepts
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM concepts
  • Able to work autonomously and get hands-on
