Operations Support Agent Job Overview

As an Operations Support Agent, you will play a vital role in facilitating the smooth movement of export freight and ensuring seamless customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with exporting goods and provide expert advice on documentation requirements.
  • Process customer enquiries and quotations for export services efficiently.
  • Ensure timely collection of inbound packages and effectively manage package tracking requests.
  • Handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, demonstrating a strong ability to resolve issues promptly.
  • Support other tasks as required within the service center.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluent English language skills with excellent verbal communication abilities.
  • Well-spoken, well-presented, and customer-oriented.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
