About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Consultant - Regional Complex Care Coordinator. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing specialist clinical coordination services to support children and young people with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level assessments and develop individual plans that bring together the right mix of services across government and non-government agencies.
  • Promote a positive working culture by developing effective partnerships and exceptional working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred, high-quality, sustainable, and responsive services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
  • Possess a specialist tertiary graduate or postgraduate mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $114,851 to $121,886 per annum.
  • Access to a Grade 4 salary range of $99,455 to $105,995 subject to progression.
  • Post-Graduate Allowance up to 10% based on qualification type.
  • Travel and relocation assistance up to $15,000 for overseas appointees.
