About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial Development to join our team at Age Scotland, a Scottish charity dedicated to improving the later lives of older people. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving our ambitious income generation strategy, aiming to double our income by 2030.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to build on our existing income generation platforms, exploring new opportunities to develop our commercial revenue stream.
  • Work closely with our CEO, CFO, and senior colleagues to deliver our income generation strategy and drive business growth.
  • Identify and develop new products and services that meet the needs of older people in Scotland, particularly where there may be gaps in the market.
  • Collaborate with our teams to create high-quality services and products that offer good value to our customers.
  • Approach the role with integrity, involving, inspiring, and empowering our teams to achieve better outcomes for older people in Scotland.
