Key Account Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Key Account Manager to lead a team of brokers in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Insurance Broker with leadership capabilities, technical understanding of Commercial Insurance products, and excellent client relationship management skills.

Job Description:
  • Handle a diverse portfolio of key accounts while leading a team of brokers to achieve business growth and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experience by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Identify development opportunities for your designated portfolio and design servicing solutions to meet client needs.
  • Develop new and profitable business within the Commercial segment through strategic planning and execution.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Insurance Broker with leadership experience/capabilities.
  • Demonstrated technical understanding of Commercial Insurance products.
  • Hold Tier 1 Qualifications in Insurance.
  • Excellent client relationship management capabilities.
