Risk Management Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity to shape and advance the risk management framework of the organisation.
As part of a cross-functional team, you will work collaboratively with various departments to maintain and enhance the risk and control environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Risk Management framework, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and managing the review and maintenance of Emergency Management Plans in accordance with legislation and best practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a uniform approach to risk management practices across the organisation.
- Conducting thorough risk assessment processes, identifying and mitigating potential hazards, and conducting audits and inspections.
- Managing safety management systems and related technology.
The ideal candidate will possess qualifications in Risk Management, Emergency Management, or a related discipline, and have proven experience in risk assessment and emergency response. They should also demonstrate excellent communication and project management skills.
A pre-employment health assessment is required for this position. The annual salary range is estimated between $88,171 and $102,468.
