This is a full-time employed position with an initial 12-month contract, offering the chance to play a key role in one of the state's major renewable energy developments.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of works on site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day management of the solar farm project from mobilisation through deliveryManage contractors, consultants, and subcontractors across all stages of constructionMonitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and performance targetsEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standardsProvide clear reporting on project performance to senior management and stakeholdersCoordinate with design, procurement, and engineering teams to resolve technical issuesDrive risk management and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS highly regarded)Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety management, and project controlsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive outcomes under pressureRelevant qualifications in engineering, project management, or construction management Why join the CJC team?
