As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Reporting to the Division Manager, you will work effectively in a small team to resolve any challenges that may arise during night shifts.
  • You will have a strong eye for detail and a passion for crunching numbers, with a basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Prior experience in hotel front office operations is desirable but not essential.
  • You will be proficient in using Opera and have a general understanding of hotel operations.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving is a must
