Financial Analysis Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering expert financial analysis and strategic advice to support informed decision-making across the organisation.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide clear financial guidance and support, ensuring effective use of resources and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with senior management and technical teams to develop, monitor, and manage operational budgets.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, including budget comparisons, variance analysis, and commentary.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational decision-making and cost control.
  • Develop forecasts and update projections based on actual performance and emerging trends.
About This Role

This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in financial management, management accounting, and cost control in an operational context.

  • Possession of Bachelor-level qualifications in Business or Commerce (Accounting).
  • Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA Australia) or Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia) would be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

You will also need excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful advice.
