Financial Operations Officer

This role is an opportunity to contribute your financial expertise to a dynamic organization. As a Financial Operations Officer, you will be responsible for supporting our finance team by processing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, bank and credit card reconciliation, and purchasing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process fortnightly payroll
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliation
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Handle purchasing and procurement activities
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable and flexible attitude
