Key members of our team play a vital role in managing agent relationships, executing strategies to increase agent utilization of the Flywire Agent Solution and driving growth within the region.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to work closely with the Director of Agent Partnerships to execute strategies designed to increase agent sales growth and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth through cross-selling of products and services
  • Act as the primary point of contact for agents and respond promptly to inquiries
  • Onboard new agents via in-person and virtual trainings
  • Manage and build key internal and external stakeholder relationships to execute growth plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or Marketing, Management or equivalent
  • Working experience in the International Education Market (experience working with education/migration agents will be a plus)
  • Experience with Overseas Student Health Cover a plus
  • Consistent record of achieving targets and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding cross-selling targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex products and services
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
