The Job Description:

This is a casual community support role that involves working closely with participants to understand their needs, preferences, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and personal development
  • Fostering strong connections with participants and understanding their unique needs
Requirements:
  • Australian Work Permit or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Understanding of Disability Sector
  • Certificate III Individual Support/Disability or studying towards the qualification
  • Minimum 2-year industry experience
  • Ability to navigate and adapt to change
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid/CPR Certificate
