  • Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability to support business objectives.
  • Roster Management: Develop staff rosters and manage labor costs, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Menu Collaboration: Work with the kitchen team to refine and enhance menu offerings, ensuring authenticity and quality.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Chinese cuisine restaurant or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of traditional Chinese cuisine and an understanding of Chinese food culture is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Proven experience managing a team of six or more
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and efficiency.
