We are looking for someone with strong experience in aged care management, who can promote a resident-centred culture that values, respects, and treats every resident with empathy, dignity, and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture that prioritizes resident well-being and safety.
  • Continuously assess clinical care processes to ensure work health and safety standards are met, risks are minimised, and improvements are implemented.
  • Uphold Clinical Governance to achieve and maintain accreditation in line with policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure medication management and infection control practices adhere to current best practice guidelines and legislative requirements.
  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture by building a cohesive team and promoting strong employee engagement.
Requirements
  • Strong experience as a Facility Manager or Care Manager in the Aged Care sector, with a proven track record for driving improvement and effective operational changes.
  • Commitment to quality and a broad knowledge of all facets of contemporary aged care, including AN-ACC funding and Accreditation.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic operational plans and a record of driving change and compliance.
  • Exceptional team building skills, including the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
