Cafe Attendant Job OverviewEstimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:- We seek an experienced and friendly Cafe Attendant to join our team at the in-house café inside our beautiful Wagga Wagga Community Aged Care residence.
- The Café is the heart of our residence, providing a welcoming space for Residents, families, employees, and locals.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized café environment, and contributing to the overall success of our café.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items with a warm and engaging smile.
- Ensure the café remains well-stocked and maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Develop strong relationships with Residents, visitors, and colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues to increase customer satisfaction and boost the café's reputation.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role or environment.
- Possession of a current police check and ability to provide evidence of three COVID vaccinations.
- Right to work in Australia.
