Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead our store teams in delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales growth and driving profitability. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our stores are well-run, efficient and profitable.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record in retail management, with experience in leading high-performing teams;
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results;
  • A strong understanding of operational systems and processes, with the ability to implement changes and improvements;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders;
  • A commitment to our mission and values, with a willingness to promote and embody them in all aspects of your work;

Key Responsibilities

As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of store managers and sales staff;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction;
  • Managing stock levels, inventory and ordering;
  • Implementing and maintaining operational systems and processes;
  • Coordinating visual merchandising and store displays;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors;
  • Providing coaching, mentoring and training to store managers and sales staff;

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time role, with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you'll also receive a range of benefits, including:
