We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of People, Culture & Capability to lead our HR function and drive business success through strategic leadership.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR generalist, with a focus on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience. They will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice to senior leaders, building a high-performing team, and driving business outcomes through people-centric initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build authentic relationships with stakeholders at all levels. They will be a trusted advisor to the business, providing guidance on employee relations, change management, recruitment, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR advice to senior leaders and business stakeholders
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Build and lead a high-performing HR team
  • Drive talent development and succession planning initiatives
  • Implement employee experience programs to enhance engagement and retention
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, change management, recruitment, and performance management
