About Us:At Ability Plus Disability Services, we specialize in providing client-centered in-home care and community-based services throughout Victoria. We offer a competitive salary, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, bowel care, and toileting
- Assist with physical therapy and hydrotherapy sessions
- Support clients with domestic services and meal preparation
- Accompany clients on community outings and activities
- Current National Disability Insurance Scheme Worker Screening Check (NDIS Check)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Working with Children's Check (Employer)
- Related qualifications, such as Certificate in Disability or Aged Care
- Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Sound communication skills, both written and verbal
The estimated hourly salary for this position is $37.50-$45.00 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer an attractive remuneration package, including comprehensive induction program, ongoing training, and development opportunities.
