About Us:

At Ability Plus Disability Services, we specialize in providing client-centered in-home care and community-based services throughout Victoria. We offer a competitive salary, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, bowel care, and toileting
  • Assist with physical therapy and hydrotherapy sessions
  • Support clients with domestic services and meal preparation
  • Accompany clients on community outings and activities
Requirements:
  • Current National Disability Insurance Scheme Worker Screening Check (NDIS Check)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Working with Children's Check (Employer)
  • Related qualifications, such as Certificate in Disability or Aged Care
  • Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Sound communication skills, both written and verbal
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated hourly salary for this position is $37.50-$45.00 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer an attractive remuneration package, including comprehensive induction program, ongoing training, and development opportunities.
