Scheduling Coordinator for Aged Care Services

Salary: Competitive Market Rates ($60,000 - $80,000 per annum)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused National Scheduling Officer to join our team. As a key member of our scheduling department, you will be responsible for scheduling services in a client-centred and operationally efficient manner.
You will provide day-to-day support for clients regarding changes to care services and address roster-related queries. You will liaise with internal and external service providers to manage care changes and update the database system accordingly.
In this role, you will collaborate with Care Consultants to provide feedback on client care, identify and maintain relationships with community programs and resources for clients, and analyse staffing hours to anticipate recruitment needs.
You will actively participate in team meetings and program development initiatives, assist in efforts to increase client access to BWCC Home Care services, and ensure compliance with organizational values, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in scheduling, rostering, or workforce coordination, preferably within the aged care or disability sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with scheduling or client management software.
- Experience in home care rostering preferred.
- A diploma or degree in business administration, health administration, social work, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Strong background in customer service, preferably in an office management or administration role.
