Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Disability Support Professional to join our team at Ability Plus Disability Services. As a key member of our community care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to individuals with disabilities in their homes and within the community.

Ability Plus Disability Services specialises in the provision of client-centred in-home care and community-based services throughout Victoria. We offer a supportive work environment, ongoing training opportunities, and competitive pay rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and manual handling assistance to clients
  • Assisting with physical therapy and hydrotherapy sessions
  • Supporting clients with domestic services and meal assistance
  • Accompanying clients on community outings and activities
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in disability support or a related field
  • Higher care personal care and manual handling skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays
