At Ability Plus Disability Services, we specialize in providing client-centered care and support to individuals with disabilities across Victoria.

We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Worker to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to clients in their homes and communities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be physically able to perform manual handling tasks, and have experience working with people with disabilities.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with physical therapy and hydrotherapy sessions
  • Supporting clients with domestic services and meal preparation
  • Accompanying clients on community outings

You will work closely with our experienced coordinators to develop individualized care plans and provide support to clients in their daily lives.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $32.73-$40.26 per hour, flexible working arrangements, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

This is a casual position, with a rotating roster that includes day shifts, Monday to Friday, and some Saturdays and Sundays. You will need to have a reliable vehicle and a current Australian driver's license.
