At the heart of our organization is a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences. We are seeking a skilled Event Service Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in event coordination, with a proven track record of successfully executing events from start to finish. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a keen eye for detail.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating event logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that every detail is taken care of to deliver a seamless and memorable experience for our clients and their guests.

You will work closely with our event managers to plan and execute events, including large-scale conferences and intimate gatherings. Your attention to detail and ability to think on your feet will be essential in ensuring that every event runs smoothly and meets our high standards.

About the Role:

  • This is an on-site position, requiring full-time commitment to working at our primary location.
  • Travel to other locations within our campus may be required as needed.

What You'll Need:

  • A minimum of 0-1 years' experience in event coordination or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with event planning software and tools.
