Event Delivery Manager Job Opportunity
At our world-class event venue, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Delivery Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a high-performing team that oversees the delivery of numerous events annually.
As an Event Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for empowering our team to deliver extraordinary service for a multitude of events across our venues. Your primary focus will be on planning, organizing, and directing large and diverse teams to deliver operational and food and beverage services. You will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery and implement and maintain the highest standards of client and guest service, and operational excellence.
We are looking for a confident leader with a proven track record in delivering large and complex events. You should possess a deep understanding of event operations, including food and beverage delivery, security, and safety. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the primary point of contact and escalation for clients and stakeholders during event tenancy
Plan, organize, and direct large and diverse teams to deliver operational and food and beverage services
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
Implement and maintain the highest standards of client and guest service and operational excellence
Requirements:
Minimum four years industry experience, including two years in a senior supervisory role
Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation
Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of customer service
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
