Horticulture Team Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our horticulture team and ensure the successful delivery of contracts across various sites in New South Wales.
Main Responsibilities
- Execute contract deliverables on time
- Identify opportunities for business growth and development
- Coordinate resources to achieve optimal performance
- Maintain positive stakeholder relationships throughout contract lifecycles
- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with operational staff
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens, at least five years' experience leading high-performing teams, and a strong technical knowledge of horticulture practices.
You will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as commercial acumen and financial expertise. A flexible approach to dealing with diverse client needs is essential, along with a valid driver's licence and Working with Children Check.
