Job Opportunity: Compliance Expertise

This role presents a unique opportunity to leverage your senior compliance expertise and drive strategic outcomes in the investment management industry.

  • Continually assess regulatory requirements for responsible entities and suggest actionable recommendations, ensuring ongoing challenge on documented controls.
  • Support Product and ETF Capital Markets functions in product disclosures, including target marketing determinations (DDO) and ASX listing requirements.
  • Lead the review and maintenance of Compliance Plans for managed investment schemes.
  • Design and maintain policies and procedures to address identified compliance risks and meet obligations.
  • Assess complex incidents and breaches, supporting resolution and remediation efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Reporting Team to prepare reports and attend steering committees and management meetings.
  • Provide ongoing compliance training to business stakeholders as required.

Candidate Profile

Experienced senior compliance professionals are sought, with relevant investment management/superannuation experience and expertise in managed funds and ETF products. Key qualities include first-class communication and presentation skills, strong client focus, and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
