Compliance Expert for Investment Products

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Specialist to manage the risks associated with investment products, including managed funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).

  • The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide expert advice on regulatory requirements and ensure that all business activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Responsibilities include assessing regulatory requirements, identifying compliance risks, and implementing controls to mitigate these risks.

To be considered for this role, you must have significant experience in the investment management and superannuation industries, preferably with exposure to managed funds and ETF products. You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders.
