We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Professional to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

This role will play a critical part in developing and managing compliance frameworks and policies, and delivering compliance advice to ensure that our business operates in alignment with its policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations.

You will be responsible for providing expert compliance advisory services in relation to superannuation, investments, financial advice, administration, insurance broking, and other key matters to relevant stakeholders across our organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and enhancing comprehensive compliance frameworks and policies
  • Undertaking line 2 activities for obligations management
  • Ensuring the establishment and implementation of effective monitoring mechanisms for compliance practices
  • Managing and maintaining appropriate financial services and trustee licensing and authorisations of MMC entities
  • Conducting reviews of compliance plans for managed investment schemes
  • Reviewing product disclosure documentation and marketing collateral

You must have:

  • Experience as a compliance professional in a similar role
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Australian financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
