Talent Acquisition Business Partner

ATCO's operations in Australia are centered in Perth, Western Australia, focusing on delivering innovative, customer-centric energy and infrastructure solutions.
As the owner and operator of Western Australia's largest gas distribution network, ATCO manages over 750,000 connection points and 14,000 kilometers of pipelines. Additionally, ATCO runs two advanced power generation facilities located in Adelaide and the Pilbara.
With a commitment to the future, ATCO is actively engaged in Renewable Energy initiatives, particularly in Green Hydrogen and other sustainable energy projects.
We are in search of a skilled and proactive Recruitment Business Partner to enhance our team on a permanent basis, supporting the organization in its continuous expansion.
Utilizing your recruitment expertise and exceptional interpersonal abilities, you will collaborate with our leadership to provide guidance and implement effective recruitment practices across all divisions of ATCO Australia.

Your contributions will include:
- Facilitating comprehensive recruitment processes for both blue-collar and white-collar roles across ATCO Australia's divisions.
- Implementing cutting-edge sourcing strategies to effectively promote our job openings and attract top-tier candidates.
- Providing insights and recommendations to leaders that align with our Diversity and Inclusion objectives.
- Collaborating with the broader HR team to develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives related to talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
About you:
- Extensive experience in delivering internal end-to-end recruitment services for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Experience in supporting a geographically diverse stakeholder group located across various regions.
- Proven track record in employing a variety of sourcing strategies that successfully identify top talent.
- Proactive approach to talent attraction: adept at utilizing the right channels to engage and nurture candidates.
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable.
