- Previous experience as a retail manager, area manager, or similar
- Fashion or soft goods experience advantageous but not essential
- Strong people leadership skills with a 'hands-on' approach to providing coaching and development
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve sales and meet KPIs
- Experience in performance management will be highly regarded
- Superior customer service and selling skills
- Strong retail, financial, and business acumen
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently on prioritizing and meeting deadlines
