Tasmania Construction Project Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to oversee multimillion-dollar construction projects in the North or North West of Tasmania. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient project management, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
About the Role
- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Oversight of personnel, contractors, and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Requirements
- Certificate III in Carpentry or Carpentry & Joinery
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Manager
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial construction projects
- Analytical and evaluation skills for various documents, including plans and contracts
- High attention to detail and proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
