About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our clients' team, who are renowned for their excellence in delivering iconic projects throughout the state.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of selected construction projects. This includes ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices, managing personnel and contractors, and maintaining the overall quality of the construction work.

About You

This role is ideal for senior construction professionals with extensive experience overseeing projects from inception to completion. You will possess a proven track record of working successfully on multi-million dollar projects and the ability to coordinate multiple sites simultaneously.

To be considered for the role, you must:

    • Certificate III in Carpentry or Carpentry & Joinery
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
    • Demonstrated experience working on commercial construction projects
    • The ability to analyze, evaluate, and interpret various documents, including plans, invitations to tender, contracts, etc.
    • A high level of attention to detail and excellent computer skills, including proficiency in specialized software and Microsoft Office
  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction, or willingness to attain is desirable

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
