Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly structured and disciplined Leader to join our Tasmanian team as a Senior Service Operations Manager. You will be responsible for planning, leading, and controlling all aspects of service operations across Tasmania to meet customer expectations.

  • Maintain compliance with health and safety, environmental, and quality policies
  • Manage financial and productivity performance of the service operation, including budget preparation, capital applications, and monthly reporting
  • Analyse work-in-progress, warranty, recoveries, and expenses, and report on key performance indicators
  • Oversee accuracy and timeliness of quotations and customer invoicing
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to increase labour utilisation and equipment sales in Tasmania
  • Mentor and develop staff to achieve business objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in service operations, with the ability to engage and enable a small team of dedicated and talented service staff
  • A commitment to enhancing relationships with customers, peers, and the community
  • A developed understanding of OEM-level services, with relevant tertiary or trade qualifications highly regarded
  • Financial acumen, with proven work history evaluating labour costs and project expenditure
  • A strong ability to navigate complex issues and drive success
