About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Influencer Marketing team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our influencer marketing campaigns, including supplier setup, influencer payments, and campaign set up and monitoring.

As a Finance Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our influencer marketing team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial setup and maintenance of suppliers in our financial system
  • Process and track payments to influencers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reconcile payment discrepancies and ensure all financial transactions are documented
  • Work closely with the Billings Team to ensure that all campaigns are invoiced on time to the clients
  • Lead and manage a team of 2 Influencer Marketing Finance Coordinators

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the influencer/ media/ marketing industry
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with influencers and suppliers
