About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Engagement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals as they transition to their new home.

As the primary point of contact, you will work closely with individuals and their families to provide them with the support they need. Your responsibilities will include providing knowledge of the service to a wide range of stakeholders and working in partnership with them to achieve the best possible outcome for each person.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Shenton Park office.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring warmth, understanding, and a proactive approach to supporting individuals and their families through their decision-making process. You will be a person who thrives on connecting with people, actively engaging with individuals, their families, and key stakeholders to build trusting relationships.

Your approachable nature, combined with strong communication skills, will foster collaboration and the experience of being valued and supported to all those involved.

Essential Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a human service discipline.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people, especially in stressful times.
  • Well-developed analytical skills to undertake the service administration and evaluation that is central to this role.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Well-developed written skills.
  • A valid and unrestricted driver's licence.
