We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Shenton Park office as a Service Engagement Coordinator – Shared Living.

About the Role

This pivotal position requires a person-focused approach, providing exceptional support to individuals transitioning to their new home. You will be the primary point of contact, supporting individuals and their families through this significant life change.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert knowledge of our service to various stakeholders, working collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcome for each individual.
  • Supporting individuals and their families in decision-making processes, ensuring their needs and preferences are prioritized.
  • Developing trusting relationships through effective communication and approachable nature.

Essential Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in a human service discipline.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people in stressful situations.
  • Strong analytical skills to manage service administration and evaluation tasks.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, capable of handling multiple demands simultaneously.
  • A valid and unrestricted driver's licence.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
